    Yes, a dedicated on-island host will personally meet you at your luxury villa upon arrival to provide a comprehensive orientation and welcome.

    What to expect during your arrival greeting:

    Property Walkthrough: Your host will walk you through the estate to demonstrate how to operate home features and specialized amenities, such as smart home systems, pool heaters, Wi-Fi, entertainment systems, and theater rooms, and answer any questions you may have.

    Local Orientation: You will receive expert recommendations for nearby dining, secluded beaches, and essential island services.

    Concierge Check-in: Your host will ensure that any pre-arranged concierge services—such as grocery pre-stocking or floral arrangements—are set to your satisfaction.

    24/7 Support: You will be provided with direct contact information for your host, who remains available 24/7 throughout your stay to assist with any needs, questions about the home, or maintenance requests.

From the moment we contacted Sunny, our every need and desire to create a dream trip was effortless.  She took care of shopping, dinner reservations and answered every ‘stupid’ question like a true professional.

Any small issue with the house was taken care of promptly by Eric. Always polite and understanding to our requests, he fixed things in a flash!
