Sea Sunset is a picturesque private villa designed with impressive style and impeccable décor elements. Located in Mauna Lani on the Big Island, this mountain and ocean-view gem is a Hawaiian vacation destination.

The 10,035-square-foot, the villa can host up to 10 guests. The villa, all located on one level, has 5 bedrooms and five baths.
The expansive Great Room’s high arch wooden ceiling beckons visitors to indulge the pool and outdoor lanai as you walk through the tall front gates.

As a luxury villa, Sea Sunset at Champion Ridge has no shortage of amenities. The property is a part of the gated community and guests have access to a golf cart. Guests also have the option to take advantage of the amenities of the nearby Mauna Lani Resort, Mauna Lani Beach Club, Mauna Lani Sports, and Fitness Center (available for use at an additional cost), and Mauna Lani North Golf Course.

The villa has stunning outdoor features, including a bridge over a glistening koi pond. At the back of the villa, you will find a large heated pool and hot tub surrounded by natural rock. Another bridge leads across the pool to a gazebo complete with poolside chairs. After you are done swimming and sunning yourself, you can relax in the villa’s covered lanai. This outdoor living space features chaise lounges, a built-in barbecue, and a wet bar. Sit on one of the cushioned lounge chairs, or gather for an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table.

Large pocket doors lead from the outdoor living space inside to the living room, kitchen, and dining room.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a double oven, a large center island, and bar seating. The kitchen has two of each appliance and refrigeration for larger groups. Guests can sit at the center island, or gather at the kitchen table with seats for six guests. The eight-seat dining table sits next to two floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on the outdoor living space. If you’d like some extra pampering during your stay, you have the option to request a private chef service.

The living room, the central gathering place inside the villa, has a vaulted ceiling and easy access to the outdoor lanai. Guests can relax on the room’s two sofas and multiple armchairs while ocean breezes blow in from the open pocket doors.

Sea Sunset at Champion Ridge has additional indoor entertainment space: a home theatre. The carpeted room has sofas and armchairs that can seat up to 15 guests. Sit back and watch a movie on the 10-foot projector screen.
