Most, but not all, Hawaii Hideaways properties feature full or partial air conditioning. Because our portfolio includes a diverse mix of contemporary estates and classic, open-air Hawaiian architecture designed to capture natural island tradewinds, climate control systems vary by home.
How to Verify Cooling Configurations:
Full Central A/C: Many of our modern luxury villas feature zoned, central air conditioning throughout the entire estate, allowing you to control individual bedroom and living room temperatures.
Partial/Bedroom-Only A/C: Some traditional estates feature air conditioning exclusively in the bedroom suites to ensure cool, comfortable sleeping environments, while utilizing open-concept pocket doors and ceiling fans to cool the main living spaces naturally.
Tradewind Design (No Central A/C): A select few classic beachfront villas are architecturally engineered for optimal airflow, relying on natural ocean breezes, high ceilings, and premium ceiling fans.
To confirm the exact cooling setup for your stay, please check the “Amenities” section listed on each individual property page or speak directly with your reservation specialist.
