Open the large Fleetwood sliding glass doors and turn on the fans as you enjoy the over- sized, well equipped lanai while watching the sunset over the ocean. The large granite table is perfect for enjoying an outdoor barbeque meal, prepared by you on your Wolf grill, complete with rotisserie and a small Sub-Zero refrigerator.

The professionally equipped kitchen will take your breath away. We’ve thought of everything, from the waffle iron to the wok, you will have what you need to create a fabulous meal. Top of the line appliances including two Sub-Zero refrigerators and a gas range surrounded by beautiful granite counter tops and Snaidero cabinetry will inspire you to create the perfect meal.

Each of the three bedrooms includes a flat panel television and en-suite bath. Thick carpeting, dual glazed Fleetwood sliding glass doors and extra insulation ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is actually larger than most hotel suites and included a comfortable seating area, deluxe king sized bed with custom bedding, a serene lanai with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views. The master bath suite include dual vanities, a deep soaking tub and separate shower area and large walk-in closet.

There’s a one-car garage with an additional parking space just steps from the garage. From the garage entrance you may go directly to the elevator to load your groceries and luggage. This ultimate convenience is perfect for those who may have trouble with stairs. The laundry room includes a full sized Whirlpool washer and dryer, so you may pack light and avoid those pesky airline baggage charges! Don’t worry about renting beach gear, as we’ve got you covered with umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, bags and coolers.
