Situated among picturesque, historic fish ponds and only 200 yards from the tropical shoreline of the stunning Kohala Coast on Hawaii’s Big Island, this luxury vacation home offers 8 private bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen, game room, fire pit, built-in barbecue, outdoor showers and your own private swimming pool with spa. Take a stroll along the coral and lava coastal path to Anaeho’omalu Beach, known locally as “A Bay” and Lava Lava Beach Club, or follow the quiet streets of Waikoloa Beach Resort to an eclectic collection of shops and restaurants.

This 8-bedroom home is well thought out with plenty of room for the largest groups to enjoy each other’s company while still having plenty of room to relax. Five of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, including two master suites. Open to the living and dining area is your gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar seating, Wolf range, and side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerators. This expansive area overlooks the pool with views of Mauna Kea. Separated from the living area is a game room where kids and adults can enjoy a game of pool or shuffleboard. The game room lanai leads to an outdoor fire pit and bar with a built-in barbecue grill. Upstairs are three more bedrooms with two full-size bathrooms, one en-suite and the other Jack-and-Jill style. A second story lounge area offers indoor seating along the bar and opens onto the second-floor lanai that overlooks the pool with views of the fish ponds and breaking waves of A-Bay’s surf.

In addition to ceiling fans, the home’s central air conditioning system is designed with individual climate controls in each room to adjust the temperature for your personal comfort.

A full-size laundry room, with extra washers and dryers in the garage, is stocked with detergents. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Ziploc bags, paper products, trash bags, spices, cooking spray, Q-tips, cotton balls, and more. For a day at the beach, we provide beach chairs, towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella.
