HAWAI‘I NUI SUNSET AMBER ALE – Flash of bitter chocolate and an aroma of green woods. Medium-bodied with an exotic aroma and malt background accented by moderate bitterness.
HAWAI‘I NUI HAPA ALE – Dark mahogany-colored, bold, malty backbone with balanced hop bitterness.
HAWAI‘I NUI SOUTHERN CROSS – Originally winter seasonal brew. Belgian-style Double Red brewed with a Belgian Yeast Strain. Big caramel maltiness and light toffee notes are accented with a subtle citrus character (jackfruit) from the Belgian yeast strain used to ferment this beer.
