Beginning in 2005, Maui Brewing Company began their quest to brew handcrafted ales and lagers using only the finest natural and local ingredients. Seven years later, stopping at Maui Brewing Co. while on Maui is a beer connoisseur must. You can enjoy tasty grinds while enjoying one of their 18 different flavored beers. Bikini Blonde Lager – Filtered Munich Helles Lager brewed with floral hops and Pilsner and Munich malts. Closet thing to an American lager from Maui Brewing Co.
Coconut Porter – Fresh handcrafted robust porter brewed with six varities of maletf barley, hops and hand-toasted coconut. It begins with a malty-toasted coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky feel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate and hints of coffee. It then finished with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish.
Big Swell IPA – India Pale Ale brewed with four different kinds of Northwestern hops and malted barley…dry-hopped to perfection.
Mana Wheat – Unfiltered handcrafted American-style wheat ale infused with Maui Gold Pineapple. Our crisp and refreshing wheat ale is lightly hopped to allow the fruity sweetness of the pineapple to shine.
La Perouse White – Fresh handcrafted Belgian inspired witbler brewed with wheat and European Pilsner malts, spiced with coriander and fresh local Mandarin oranges.
Sobre Humano Palena ‘ole – A blended Spanish-Hawaiian term, Sober Humano Palena ‘ole means “superhuman” and “without limits” and truly, there were no limitations placed on the development of this unique collaboration with Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales. Ruby in color and tart and refreshing in flavor.
