Created by award winning brewer Thomas Kerns, who embraces the traditional art of brewing but mixes in some of his creative touches of “brewing outside the box”. LOOKING GLASS WHEAT – Belgian Style Wheat Beer
This wheat beer is crystal clear, but unfiltered. Crisp & refreshing while being flavorful with nuances of plum, bubblegum, and spice imparted from the special Belgian yeast.
MALAMA LAGER – Munich “Helles” Lager. This golden lager is crisp yet soft with a wonderful malt finish.
PANIOLO PALE ALE – Strong American Pale Ale brewed with the Hawaiian Cowboy in mind. It is bold and robust yet balanced featuring a hearty British Maris Otter malt backbone and an American hop blend that brings to mind tropical fruit.
MELE MAI BOCK – Mai Bock or Helles Bock. Traditionally Mai Bocks are a spring seasonal released in May. This a strong, golden-amber lager with rich, smooth maltiness blending nicely with light hop flavors.
WHITE MOUNTAIN PORTER – A classic robust porter spiced with all-natural toasted coconut and locally-grown and roasted Hamakua Coast White Mountain Coffee. Black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head, toasted coconut and roasted coffee aromas are followed by hints of rich, silky dark malt and chocolate; balanced with hoppy spice finish.
OVERBOARD IPA – India Pale Ale beginning with smooth, malty creaminess and giving way to a big burst of dry-hop flavor and aroma from a variety of American hops. It finishes with a lingering yet pleasant bitterness.
HOPTOPIAS IPA – Imperial IPA. A relatively new American Style characterized by a big hop character and high alcohol. Not overly bitter it has hop flavor like no other with hints of grapefruit and passionfruit.
