Nautical Breeze is a beautiful and new 3,200 square feet custom beachfront home conveniently situated just above the breathtaking Anini Beach. Enjoy the custom design, nautical inspired interiors and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout. 

Enter Nautical Breeze from the expansive 650 square foot outdoor lanai overlooking tropical ocean views. Relax in the comfortable grand room where you can catch up on world events on the flat screen television or watch the tide roll in and out. A large dining area separates the living room from the kitchen, providing a casual atmosphere to share special family moments. The property is equipped with high speed Internet access. Nautical Breeze was refurbished in 2006 ensuring brand new kitchen appliances and a sparkling environment for whipping up some local Hawaiian comfort food. An interesting fact about Nautical Breeze, the home was originally built in 1940 and was where Marlon Brando spent his honeymoon.

Nautical Breeze easily accommodates ten guests with five bedrooms, 3 of which are Master suites with en-suite bath and gorgeous ocean views. The first Master suite is on the upper level providing ultimate privacy and an office nook. The additional two Master suites are on opposite sides of the main level. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have garden views and access to the tropical back yard. The fourth bedroom has two Twin beds which are converted easily into a King. The fifth bedroom is perfect for children with two Twin beds featuring fun surf bedding and custom surf board table.

Kauai is known for breathtaking beaches and tropical greenery. Nautical Breeze provides both with Anini Beach out front and a natural tropical garden in the back. Outdoor living includes a Jacuzzi, propane barbeque and eight person outdoor dining table. Anini Beach is protected year round by a natural reef ensuring safe swimming and snorkeling area for children and adults. Additional nearby activities include hiking, windsurfing, surfing, golf, tennis and the Princeville Resort area.
