Pacific Charm rests on one acre of land with direct access to a sandy beach. The interior is a spacious 3,900 square feet with old Hawaiian-style charm. Originally built in the 1930's and completed in 1941 with restorations and renovations over the years, Pacific Charm is the ultimate combination of old Hawaiian charm with modern conveniences. Pacific Charm features Ohia, Hawaiian Mahogany, Koa and Hawaiian Eucalyptus floors and a coffered wood plantation ceiling in the living room and dining areas. The open floor plan draws you to the lanai with its astonishing views of Moanalua Bay, Diamond Head and Koko Head craters. The outdoor surroundings entertain any traveler whether on the lanai getting ready for a BBQ, swimming in the gentle waves just steps away or engaging in a nap under the shady Banyan tree. Pacific Charm features air conditioning, although rarely needed with trade winds breezing through the huge Hawaiian windows. Wireless Internet access is available for those who like to work while they play.

Pacific Charm features comfortable sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms each with en suite baths. All of the bedrooms are elegantly furnished with authentic Hawaiian decor and admirable antiques. The Master suite features a large walk-in closet, additional dressing area, and distinct King size koa bed. Indulge in a private Jacuzzi right off the Master suite. This private area allows for a personal outdoor retreat in a lush tropical environment. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with an additional Double punee. The third bedroom offers two Twin size beds. The additional two bedrooms are located in a separate guest cottage, or ohana, complete with full bath and kitchenette. Both bedrooms feature a Queen bed. For an additional guest there is a twin daybed in the ohana.

Pacific Charm's open floor plan and large lanai are perfect for those days at the beach or entertaining. The living room provides seating for twelve with an entertainment center complete with TV, DVD, stereo system with cable and satellite. Pacific Charm has a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything from a lobster pot to major appliances. The dining area seats sixteen with additional outdoor seating, perfect for entertaining the family to an outdoor or indoor meal.
