Central air conditioning is an enjoyable amenity, supplying ultimate comfort throughout the estate. Hand crafted koa furnishings and top of the line digital entertainment add to the luxury. The main floor consists of 2 living areas, a grand kitchen, dining area and one of the bedrooms with Queen bed and en-suite bath. The radiant luster of the oceans natural light flows throughout living areas. Proceed to the second level where you will discover 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master Suite has a King size bed, distinct en-suite bath and private lanai fronting the sandy oceanfront. One of the bedrooms enjoy ocean views with a Queen size (Murphy) bed. The two garden view bedrooms include a Queen in one and two Double beds in the other. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedroom suites reside in the cottage just behind the main house. These garden view suites consist of a King size bed in one room and Double bed in the other. Both will enjoy en-suite baths, full kitchen and living area with air conditioning.
