3. This Hawaii vacation rental home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.

4. Main house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with Oceanview King master and 2 twins in the 2nd room. The living room has a queen size pull-out couch. The cottage is the 3rd bedroom with a King master and sitting area with a kitchenette.

5. Off-street parking for 2 cars maximum. Owner retains 2 parking spots for their own use under “Jeep Only Parking”.

6. There is a popular public beach access that runs immediately adjacent to the home. The Canoe Club also uses this access for early morning practice with practice sometimes beginning as early as 6 am during canoe season.

7. The pool is not heated. Please note there is no child safety fence option for around the pool area.

8. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
