This rusticated plantation style home juxtaposes heavy timber construction and slate flooring with the classical details and a sweeping colonial staircase. Dine or lounge indoors and out. The main living, dining, media and kitchen areas open out onto expansive ocean views and the homes spacious oceanfront lanai.

Tickle the ivories of the homes baby-grand piano or create waves in the blue-tiled, piano-shaped swimming pool with waterfall Jacuzzi. The pool is heated and there are gas tiki torches for atmosphere at night. Don't forget the hammock for naps! Whatever your pleasure, you are sure to be surrounded by the relaxing Hawaiian vibes in this 1 acre, oceanfront, garden setting.

Pristine Manor sleeps 10 guests comfortably in its 5 bedroom layout. Each bedroom features private bath television, and ocean and/or garden views.

The main house offers four bedroom suites with 1 King beds, 2 Queens and 1 Full. Two more guests may be accommodated on the media rooms Queen pull-out or on the Twin bed in the second story living area.

The guest cottage or Ohana offers another Queen suite with private entrance. All together, Pristine Manor offers five bedrooms, one Twin bed and one Queen pull-out for a total of 7 different sleeping areas.

If you don't feel like sleeping, try out the media rooms TV/VCR/DVD entertainment center with surround sound or catch up with emails through the wireless high-speed Internet service. There is a built-in bar-be-que area as well as formal dining for special meals.

The property does come equipped with a fax machine, central A/C, gourmet kitchen, and wet bar. There is a custom sandy area for sun tanning. Otherwise, the nearest sandy beach is just a three minute walk. Pristine Manor is centrally located on Mauis West side, minutes from some of the island’s best beaches, golf courses, entertainment and dining.

House Policies: 

A. Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. 

B. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the home is prohibited.

C. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street. 

D. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur

E. The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii, and is open for the free use by everyone.
