Anne Pawsat-Dressler
President

With a degree from Yale, a shrewd grasp of marketing and a gift for customer relations, Anne Pawsat is living her Hawaii dream on a quiet hillside in Maui. She founded Hawaii Hideaways Inc., a service-intensive business based in Kula that matches top-echelon leisure travelers and corporate clients with idyllic rental homes. Anne’s success comes from perfect timing and the exceptional customer service skills needed to satisfy a new trend in luxury travel: the demand for personalized attention, unparalleled privacy and a choice of properties that match or surpass the luxury of the guests’ year-round homes.

Prior to her career in arranging for unforgettable vacations, destination weddings and corporate events, Pawsat earned a bachelor’s degree with high honors from Yale University, where she studied behavioral neuroscience. Before heading to Hawaii, where her sister, Joan Pawsat, is a Harvard-trained architect, Anne streamlined computer operations at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter’s midtown Manhattan office, produced a documentary film, and saw to the million-dollar auction purchases of clients at Christie’s in London meanwhile extensively traveling the world.

Her travels throughout Europe and Central America gave her insight into the ways of upper-echelon travelers. "Our guests are very wealthy, successful people who have homes just as nice or nicer than those we offer,” said Anne. “They expect exceptional surroundings and usually treat the rental home as they would their own.” Thanks to Anne's long-standing record for service and client satisfaction, she has been named 2006 Condé Nast Traveler "Villa Rental Specialist," one of 3 for the United States and the only recommended agent for the state of Hawaii!  In 2007, Conde Nast recognized Anne as a "Top Travel Specialist".  And once again in 2008, Anne was awarded from Conde Nast "World's Top 50 Villa Rental Agents".  

Autumn Quintero
Director Guest Services

Autumn is originally from North San Diego. She has lived in Hawaii for thirteen years: two on Kauai, five on Oahu and the last six years on Maui. She has extraordinary knowledge of each of the beautiful islands of Hawaii and is eager to share her passion for fun and adventure. Autumn is extremely attentive to the needs of Hawaii Hideaways' guests. She enjoys going the extra mile to assure each client has an unforgettable experience. Autumn’s motto: Every day is like a vacation when you live in paradise. The best part is sharing it with friends! Besides working at Hawaii Hideaways, Autumn spends her free time exploring the islands, snorkeling, kite surfing, body surfing and raising her young son. Autumn also participates in several charitable organizations such as Youth in Motion and community improvement programs such as the clean up of Palauea Bay.

Sunny Medeiros
Office Manager

Sunny is the official Hawaii Hideaways Office Manager. She originally started as a Guest Representative and now oversees our Contracts Division. She is knowledgeable and willing to assist with every aspect of your Hawaii experience.  

Sunny is born and raised on the island of Maui. She takes pride in living and sharing the "Aloha" spirit and lifestyle. She enjoys various cultural activities from mauka to makai.  A strong background in customer service and island knowledge makes her a perfect fit with Hawaii Hideaways. Sunny invites every question and delights in being a part of creating your Hawaii experience!

Marie Habbegger
Guest Services & Accounting

Marie Habbegger first visited Maui in 1985. Her love for the Islands has grown since. With over 30 years experience in corporate accounting, Marie is happy to expand into the realm of Guest Services. Here she can share her enjoyment of the Islands with our year-round visitors. Her cheerful demeanor and attention to detail makes her an asset. Marie in fact, wears many hats at Hawaii Hideaways thanks to her versatility and diverse talents.

Trisha Kim
Guest Representative

Trish Kim is extraordinarily hard-working and simultaneously helpful and smiling. Having lived on Oahu for more than 10 years, she loves to share the ins and outs of this beautiful Island. Clients visiting Oahu rave about Trisha's good-natured and sparkling spirit. With over 6 years experience in the vacation rental industry, she is more than qualified as our Oahu concierge.

Ruthann Perry
Contracts Administrator

Ruthann is the backbone of Hawaii Hideaways Inc. She is methodical, hard-working and always very professional. Clients encounter Ruthann when they receive their Guest Agreement. She is the woman behind the finalization of each of Hawaii Hideaways' reservations. Having lived on Maui for 8 years, Ruthann is eager to assist each client with their trip to paradise!

Audrey Maluo
Guest Representative

Audrey is a wonderful addition to the Hawaii Hideaways' staff. Based on the Big Island in the Kohala Ranch Estates, Audrey offers extensive familiarity with Hawaii properties, activities and restaurants. She is a delightful concierge and very easy to reach. Audrey enjoys greeting each of her Big Island visitors.

Lisa enjoys sharing her love for travel with her guests and is always excited about organizing activities and services for them.  Having lived in a variety of countries and areas of the world, she feels that there is no place like the Hawaiian Islands.  She invites you to experience this unique Aloha spirit and will contribute her knowledge of travel and tourism to ensure a perfect stay in one of our luxurious rental homes.
