On the island of Maui, there ill be a show that can bee seen from Wailea Beach. It will start at nidnight and will last about 20 minutes. So If you are in the area, check it out! Parking will be limited so be sure to show up early for parking!

On the island of Oahu, there are two options. You can enjoy a show at the Aloha Tower. They will also have some fun activities to take part in as well. The other optiion is to enjoy the show in front of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Right on the beach! Firework show starts at 12am and parking is free! The show will last about 20 minutes! We here at Hawaii Hideaways suggest you get there a bit early as parking will be limited.

On the island of Kauai, they will have a festival with food and entertainment. Open to the public! Parking is free so please get there early for parking. The firework show will start at 9:30pm on Poipu Beach. It will last about 20 minutes.

On the the Big Island of Hawaii there will not be any fire work show display this year.

Jaws - Maui, Hawaii's North Shore Surf Spot

Jaws is quite the local attraction! Located on the north shore of Maui, this place is Heaven on Earth. It’s massive hill sides and it’s crystal blue waters makes this magical place not only one of the greatest surf spots in the world but also a must see for our island visitors. Jaws is known for its excellent wave forming quality. Producing clean right and left-directional waves with huge barrels. The waves at Jaws can reach up to 60 feet! Imagine surfing a wave that size! Use your discretion when entering the water at Jaws. If you are not an experienced surfer, this is not the place to learn. Jaws – Maui, Hawaii’s North Shore Surf Spot wants you to be safe while enjoying your visit!

The swells travel across the Pacific from an Alaskan Aleutian island chain in the northern part of the Bering Sea. Unblocked by landfall, that is why Jaws receives such huge swells.
